Hangover IV Drip Concierge in Cabo San Lucas

Cabo nights are part of the trip — Cabo Wabo, Mango Deck on the beach, dinner at Edith's rolling into shots somewhere on Avenida Cárdenas. The next morning is where the trip is won or lost. Our hangover IV concierge sends a registered nurse with a full hydration drip directly to your hotel room, villa, or yacht. You stay in bed; the drip runs; the day starts on time.

Why guests order a hangover IV in their suite, not at a clinic

The hangover-recovery use case is almost universal in Cabo, but the answer matters. Driving across town to a clinic at 9 a.m. with a headache and dehydration is the opposite of recovery. The in-suite IV is built for the actual situation: you stay where you are, the nurse comes to the room, the drip runs in bed, and you get the rest of the day back.

A typical hangover drip combines rapid IV hydration with electrolytes, anti-nausea support, B-complex vitamins, and an anti-inflammatory where appropriate after a quick screen. Most guests feel meaningfully better before the bag is empty and significantly better within an hour of completion. We do not promise miracles, and we are clear with guests that the drip supports the body's recovery — it does not erase the previous night.

Pharmacy & Doctors operates under COFEPRIS pharmacy authorization #05-022-B. The hangover IV concierge is on call 24/7 — including the morning hours when most of the calls come in.

What the hangover IV includes

Every dispatch carries the full hangover kit. Adjustments are made at the bedside based on a quick screening with the guest.

IV Hydration

Standard saline-based hydration bag with electrolytes — the core of the hangover drip. Rehydrates faster than oral fluids.

B-Complex & Vitamins

B1, B6, B12, and B-complex blend to support energy metabolism. Vitamin C and magnesium are commonly added based on guest preference.

Anti-Nausea Support

Anti-nausea medication (e.g., ondansetron) where appropriate after a brief screening. Helps with the nausea-and-vomiting end of the hangover spectrum.

Optional Anti-Inflammatory

A push of anti-inflammatory medication where indicated and not contraindicated. Helps with headache and body aches. Screened at the bedside.

How a hangover dispatch works

The booking flow is intentionally minimal. Most guests are not in the mood for paperwork.

  1. Reach the concierge. WhatsApp, call, or use the request form. Tell us the hotel and room, villa name, or yacht slip, and the headcount if more than one drip is needed.
  2. We confirm. A coordinator confirms the arrival window and the nurse's name, and screens for the anti-nausea and anti-inflammatory add-ons before dispatch.
  3. The nurse arrives. Setup at the bed, sofa, or terrace. The drip runs about 30 to 45 minutes. The nurse stays through the session, monitors, and leaves with all equipment when done.

Where we run hangover IVs in Cabo

The hangover IV concierge runs across Cabo San Lucas and the surrounding area: every Médano hotel (Pueblo Bonito, Casa Dorada, Bahia, ME Cabo, Riu, Tesoro, Sandos Finisterra), downtown rentals and condos, the Marina hotels (Tesoro, Hacienda Beach Club, Bahia), Pedregal residences, El Tezal villas, Cabo San Lucas Country Club, and across to the Tourist Corridor properties and San José del Cabo hotels.

Dispatch is typically 30 to 45 minutes within Cabo San Lucas and Médano, 45 to 60 minutes for corridor and San José.

Registered nurses, physician-reviewed protocol

Every hangover IV is administered by a board-certified registered nurse against a protocol reviewed by our medical director. Anti-nausea and anti-inflammatory medications are added based on a bedside screening (allergies, current medications, pregnancy, GI history, kidney/cardiac status). We do not push medications guests are not appropriate for.

If your symptoms suggest something more serious than a hangover (chest pain, confusion, severe abdominal pain, vomiting blood, fainting, signs of true alcohol toxicity), the nurse will recommend a hospital pathway and we will help you get there. The drip is for recovery, not for emergencies.

Questions guests ask

Will the IV completely cure my hangover?
It will help meaningfully, but it is not a magic cure. IV hydration plus electrolytes, vitamins, and where appropriate anti-nausea and anti-inflammatory support speeds the body's natural recovery. Most guests feel notably better by the end of the drip; some sleep through the session and wake up steady.
How long does the hangover IV take?
About 30 to 45 minutes from when the line is in to when the bag empties. Add ten minutes for setup and breakdown. The nurse stays the full time.
Can I do this in the morning before brunch?
Yes. Mornings are the busiest dispatch window for hangover IVs in Cabo. Book on WhatsApp the night before for a confirmed slot, or send a message when you wake up — most morning calls are completed within an hour.
Can a whole bachelor or bachelorette party get IVs together?
Yes. Group hangover IVs in one villa or hotel suite are common. Tell us the headcount and the room; we dispatch the right number of nurses and kits in one visit.
Is there anyone who should not get a hangover IV?
We do not administer infusions on guests with conditions where an IV would be unsafe (certain cardiac, kidney, or pregnancy-related conditions, severe alcohol toxicity, or symptoms suggesting a non-hangover medical issue). The nurse screens before starting the line.
