Wedding, Bachelor & Bachelorette Group IV + Doctor Concierge in Cabo
Cabo weddings, bachelor and bachelorette weeks, and group buyouts all run on the same medical rhythm. The first night is the rehearsal dinner that turns into a club; the second day is a yacht charter and a beach club; the wedding day itself needs everyone vertical and hydrated. Our concierge sends group IVs to the villa or resort suite and keeps a physician on-call across the week for anyone who needs to be seen quickly.
How group IV + doctor concierge works for wedding weeks
A typical Cabo wedding week is five days. Across those days the medical pattern is predictable. The morning after the rehearsal dinner, four to ten people in the group want a hangover IV before brunch. The morning after the welcome party at a beach club, the IV crew comes back. Wedding morning is hydration and B-complex for the bridal party. Across the week, one or two guests need a doctor visit — a stomach issue, a sunburn that has gotten serious, a missing daily medication, an injury. Our concierge runs both sides of that on one channel.
Group IVs are delivered in the villa or resort suite. The nurse (or nurses for larger groups) arrives with portable stands, runs the drips in parallel, and is out before the group leaves for the next event. The on-call physician is available across the whole week — anyone in the group can WhatsApp the concierge directly and a doctor is dispatched to the room when needed.
Pharmacy & Doctors operates under COFEPRIS pharmacy authorization #05-022-B and runs the group concierge 24/7.
What a wedding-week concierge includes
The plan is built around the group's itinerary, not the other way around.
Group IV Drips (Hangover & Hydration)
4 to 20+ guests dripped at the same time in the wedding villa or buyout block. Hangover, hydration, immunity, vitamin formulas. 30 to 60 minutes per session.
On-Call Physician for the Week
An English-speaking, Mexican-licensed MD on call across the wedding week. Visits dispatched to any guest's room within the property — 30 to 45 minutes typical.
Pre-Wedding-Day Hydration
Hydration and B-complex IVs scheduled for the bridal party the morning of the wedding. Quick, in private, before hair and makeup.
Pharmacy Coverage
OTC essentials and prescription delivery (after physician consult where required) to any room in the group buyout — same-day, often within the hour.
How a wedding-week plan is set up
Most wedding planners contact the concierge a week or two before the trip and lock in the group IVs in advance.
- Pre-trip planning. The wedding planner or maid of honor / best man WhatsApps the concierge with the property, the dates, the rough headcount, and the days you want group IVs scheduled. We confirm timing and pricing per session.
- The week itself. The IV team arrives on the scheduled mornings, runs the group drips in the villa or block of suites, and leaves clean. A single concierge contact is shared with the group for any other medical needs during the week.
- Doctor and pharmacy on call. Any guest in the group can message the concierge directly. The doctor arrives at the guest's room within typical dispatch windows; the pharmacy delivers prescriptions to the property.
Where wedding concierge runs
We run group IVs and on-call doctor service at every wedding venue and buyout property in Los Cabos: Esperanza, Las Ventanas, Montage, Chileno Bay, Cape Thompson, Nobu, Waldorf Astoria, Hilton, Westin, Marquis, JW Marriott, Grand Velas, Le Blanc, Garza Blanca, Hard Rock, Viceroy, Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, Marquis, the Resort at Pedregal, Bahia, ME Cabo, the buyout villas in Pedregal and Palmilla, and private estates across the corridor and San José.
For larger groups (15 to 50 people across multiple rooms), we send multiple nurses and split the dispatch across the property — and we plan it in advance so the morning runs smoothly.
COFEPRIS-licensed, registered nurses, physician-screened
Every IV is administered by a board-certified registered nurse against a physician-reviewed protocol. Anti-nausea and anti-inflammatory medications added to hangover drips are screened at the bedside. We do not run IVs on guests with contraindicated conditions, and we will not run a group session in conditions that compromise safety.
Our pharmacy operates under COFEPRIS #05-022-B (printed on our home page). Itemized English-language invoices are issued per session for the wedding planner or each guest. Payment at time of service is by card or transfer.
Group IVs in the villa + a doctor on standby — for the whole week
Tell the concierge the property, the headcount, and the week. We send the IV team for the mornings that need recovery and keep a physician on-call for the rest of the trip, day or night.
Questions guests ask
- How many guests can you drip at once in one villa?
- For a single villa we routinely run 4 to 12 simultaneous drips with the right number of nurses. For larger groups (up to 50+ across a buyout block), we split the dispatch across rooms and stagger start times so everyone is treated within the morning.
- Can we book the group IVs ahead of time?
- Yes — for weddings and large groups, advance booking is recommended. Most planners lock in the IV mornings one to two weeks ahead with the rough headcount, and we confirm the final numbers a day before each session.
- Can the bride and groom add a doctor to the standby team?
- Yes. For the full wedding week we keep an on-call physician available for the group. Any guest can request the doctor through the concierge contact you share with the group.
- What if someone gets sick after a yacht day or a beach club?
- The concierge handles it the same way as any other call. The IV team runs an in-suite hangover or hydration drip; the on-call doctor visits if symptoms suggest something beyond a hangover.
- How is payment handled for a group?
- We can invoice the wedding planner or the bride/groom directly for the group IVs and bill individual guests separately for any personal visits. Itemized English-language invoices are issued for travel-insurance reimbursement.
