Yacht IV Therapy in Cabo San Lucas — Onboard Drip Service

Charter season in Cabo runs hard. The morning after a Cabo Wabo night, the recovery before a five-day trip up the East Cape, the pre-flight hydration before the helicopter to SJD — the IV drip on the yacht is part of how this trip is run. Our concierge sends a registered nurse aboard your sportfisher, sailing yacht, or megayacht with the full kit and the drip you ordered.

Why charter parties and owners use onboard IV

Two patterns dominate yacht IV bookings in Cabo. The first is recovery: after a full charter night, after a beach day at Santa Maria with too much sun, after a wedding-party run that landed back at the dock at 4 a.m. The drip is the difference between a wasted next morning and the second day of the trip actually happening on schedule.

The second is performance and prevention: pre-flight rehydration before guests fly out of SJD, immunity drips before a five-day offshore run, NAD or athletic-recovery drips for the captain and crew during long charter weeks, vitamin drips for owners who run a year-round program. In both cases, the drip is meant to fit into the way the boat already runs — which is why the nurse comes aboard.

Pharmacy & Doctors operates under COFEPRIS pharmacy authorization #05-022-B. The IV service is on call 24/7 across the Cabo San Lucas marina, the IGY-managed inner basin, and tender drops from boats anchored offshore.

Drip menu, run onboard

The drip selection is the same as our in-suite menu, optimized for charter and crew patterns.

Hangover Recovery

Hydration plus anti-nausea support, electrolytes, and vitamins. The most common onboard drip in Cabo. Typical session 30 to 45 minutes.

NAD & Athletic Recovery

Higher-concentration formulas for captains, crew, and owners on long charter runs. Includes pre-administration screening. 45 to 60 minutes.

Pre-Flight Hydration

Run before guests transfer to SJD or LAX. Reduces jet-lag impact and balances out the dehydration of a charter week. 30 to 45 minutes.

Immunity & Vitamin

Vitamin C, B-complex, magnesium, and immunity formulations for guests heading into a long charter or recovering from one. 30 to 45 minutes.

How a marina yacht IV dispatch works

We work directly with the captain or steward to keep the visit clean and aligned with the boat's schedule.

  1. Coordinate with the boat. WhatsApp or call the concierge with the dock, slip, boat name, and the captain's contact. Tell us the drip and headcount.
  2. We confirm and stage. A coordinator confirms timing, gives the captain an arrival window, and texts the name of the nurse boarding. For group bookings, we dispatch the right number of nurses and kits in a single visit.
  3. The nurse boards. Setup happens inside the salon, master cabin, or on the sundeck. The drip runs while the guest stays where they are. The nurse handles all sharps and waste on the way off the boat.

Where we board: full marina + offshore tender drops

We board across the Cabo San Lucas marina: Dock 1 through Dock 13, the IGY-managed Inner Basin, the outer fingers and charter slips along the breakwater, the sportfishing fleet near Hacienda Beach Club, and the megayacht moorings. For boats anchored offshore, we meet the tender at Solomon's Landing, Hacienda Beach Club, or any agreed tender drop, and complete the visit at the dock or directly on the boat once you board.

Tell us the dock and slip, or the boat name and captain — we will confirm dispatch in minutes.

COFEPRIS-licensed, marina-aware care

Every IV is administered by a board-certified registered nurse, against a physician-reviewed protocol. Standard formulas (hydration, hangover, immunity, vitamin) are pre-approved; higher-concentration drips (NAD, high-dose vitamin C, glutathione, iron) carry additional medical screening at booking and may require a physician consult before administration.

Our pharmacy operates under COFEPRIS #05-022-B (printed on the home page for verification). For captains and crew, the invoice is itemized in English for owner reimbursement, charter logs, and crew insurance. Payment is at the time of service by card or transfer.

Onboard IV at your slip — within the hour, any drip

Tell us the dock and slip, or boat name and captain. The nurse boards, sets up in the salon, master cabin, or sundeck, runs the drip, and disembarks — clean and quiet.

Questions guests ask

Can the nurse run an IV in the salon while we are at the slip?
Yes. The salon, master cabin, sundeck, or stateroom are all standard environments for an onboard IV. Setup is portable and self-contained; the nurse leaves the area exactly as it was.
How fast can the IV team reach my yacht in the marina?
Standard dispatch from our downtown base is 30 to 60 minutes depending on time of day and concurrent calls. Charter and urgent recovery cases are prioritized 24/7.
Do you run group IVs for a charter party?
Yes. Group onboard IVs (bachelor and bachelorette charters, wedding mornings, family group days, corporate trips) are common. Tell us the headcount and dock, and we dispatch the right number of nurses and kits.
What about offshore anchored boats?
For boats anchored offshore, we coordinate with the captain on the tender drop point — Solomon's Landing, Hacienda Beach Club, or another agreed landing. The visit can happen at the dock or onboard once you ferry the nurse back.
Can you do crew IVs separately from guest IVs?
Yes. Many of our marina bookings are crew-only (long-run recovery, pre-departure hydration, post-injury support) coordinated through the captain or steward separately from guest visits.
