The physician arrives at your resort or villa, completes the visit in your suite, issues any prescription on the spot, and coordinates pharmacy delivery to the front desk before leaving.

For IV therapy, in-room delivery is the standard, not the exception. A registered nurse brings the kit, runs the drip on your balcony or in bed, and is gone in about an hour. Pharmacy orders ride along the same dispatch — a single window covers consultation, prescription, and medication.

How a corridor concierge visit is dispatched

The corridor is long, but the request flow is the same wherever you are staying.

1. Reach the concierge. WhatsApp, call, or fill out the request form. Give us your resort, suite or villa number, what is happening, and a time window.
2. We confirm and route. A coordinator confirms timing, dispatches the doctor, nurse, or IV team from the closest base, and texts you the name and arrival time. Pharmacy orders move through our COFEPRIS-licensed pharmacy in parallel.
3. Care arrives at your resort. The doctor or nurse checks in at the front desk, with your butler, or directly at your villa gate, and treats you inside your suite. Prescriptions are issued in person and delivery is coordinated before they leave.

Every physician dispatched along the corridor is Mexican-licensed and fluent in English. Every registered nurse is board-certified. Prescriptions are written only after the clinical consultation, only by a licensed Mexican MD, and never for controlled substances on request.

Our pharmacy operates under COFEPRIS #05-022-B (license printed on our home page). We issue itemized English-language invoices accepted by international travel-medical insurers for reimbursement. Payment is at the time of service by card or transfer.

How quickly can a doctor or IV team reach a corridor resort?

Standard dispatch is 30 to 60 minutes depending on which end of the corridor you are on. Urgent symptoms are prioritized; we are available 24/7 including weekends and holidays.

Can the doctor issue a prescription and have it delivered at my resort?

Yes. After the in-suite consultation, the physician issues a Mexican prescription; our COFEPRIS-licensed pharmacy then dispatches the medication to your front desk or room — often before the doctor leaves the property.

Do you coordinate with the resort concierge or butler?

Yes. Many of our corridor visits are routed through the property concierge, butler, or assistant manager. We are accustomed to working through whichever channel you and the property prefer.

Do you issue insurance-friendly invoices?

Yes. We provide itemized English-language invoices accepted by major travel insurers (Allianz, GeoBlue, IMG, Cigna Global). We do not bill insurance directly; payment is at the time of service by card or transfer.
