The medical service is judged the same way the rest of the resort experience is judged. Front desk has to be able to ring us discreetly; the clinician has to arrive presented appropriately; the visit has to be completed in the suite, not in a public space; prescriptions have to be filled through a real pharmacy; documentation has to be in English; the invoice has to be itemized for travel insurance and presented through the right channel. A medical visit is not a hospitality event, but it has to fit inside one.

Our concierge runs that way by default. The physician (or nurse, or pharmacy courier) is briefed before arrival, checks in with the front desk or butler under your name, and completes the visit inside your suite. The medication is delivered by the same dispatch where possible. Every visit produces an English written care plan that you, your travel insurer, and your home doctor can use.

The integration with the property is what separates a concierge from a clinic referral.

  1. Reach the concierge (or have the front desk reach us). WhatsApp, call, or have the resort concierge contact us under your name. Tell us what is happening and the suite or villa.
  2. We brief and confirm. A coordinator confirms the visit window, the clinician's name and presentation, and the routing through the property (front desk, butler, assistant manager, or direct).
  3. The clinician arrives at your suite. Check-in under your name, in-suite consultation, English care plan and prescription, pharmacy delivery coordinated on the same visit. Invoice itemized in English for travel-insurance reimbursement.

Can the resort concierge or my butler call you on my behalf?
Yes. Many of our luxury-resort visits are routed through the property concierge, butler, or assistant manager. We brief the clinician on the routing and the visit is coordinated through whichever channel you prefer.
How does the doctor or nurse arrive at the suite?
The clinician checks in at the front desk under your name (or with the butler), is escorted to the suite where appropriate, and completes the visit inside the room. Arrival is presented appropriately for the property — discreet, unhurried, and without making the visit a property event.
What does the typical visit cost at a luxury resort?
Pricing is quoted by the concierge before the visit and depends on the service requested. Payment is at the time of service by card or transfer. We issue itemized English-language invoices accepted by major travel-medical insurers.
Can the visit be billed to the resort instead of to me?
Where the property arrangement allows, yes — we coordinate routing with the assistant manager. Most often the visit is paid directly by the guest at the time of service, with the property concierge supporting access only.
Will my travel insurance cover this?
Most major international travel insurers (Allianz, GeoBlue, IMG, Cigna Global) reimburse concierge visits and prescriptions when documented properly. We provide the itemized English invoice and care plan you submit for reimbursement.
