Our concierge pharmacy works that way by default: a doctor consult or valid prescription, a COFEPRIS-licensed dispensary, and a courier that delivers prescription and OTC essentials to your villa, hotel suite, yacht, or rental — same-day, often within the hour.
Why concierge pharmacy delivery exists
The traditional answer to "I need medication in Cabo" is "find a Farmacias Similares." That works for OTC essentials. It is the wrong answer for almost everything else: prescription medications that need a Mexican prescription, branded medications that are not in the corner-pharmacy stock, situations where you are not sure which Mexican equivalent matches your home prescription, and any situation involving a child, an older relative, or someone who is not in a state to leave the room.
Our concierge handles the chain in one channel. If you have a valid prescription, we verify it, fulfill it at our COFEPRIS-licensed pharmacy, and dispatch a courier. If you do not have a prescription, we coordinate a same-day doctor consult (in-suite or telehealth where appropriate); the doctor issues a Mexican prescription if clinically indicated, and the pharmacy fulfills it on the same trip. What the concierge pharmacy delivers
Everything is fulfilled out of a properly licensed Mexican pharmacy. We never source through informal channels.
Prescription Medication
Antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, asthma medications, cardiac medications, allergy medications, anti-nausea, anti-diarrheal, and continuation of common chronic medications — fulfilled against a valid Mexican prescription.
OTC Essentials
Rehydration salts, anti-nausea, pain relief, allergy relief, sunburn care, traveler's diarrhea kits, pediatric fever and cough products, contact-lens solution, basic first-aid supplies.
Doctor Consult to Rx
If you do not have a prescription, our physician completes a consultation (in-suite or by video where appropriate) and issues a Mexican prescription if clinically indicated. Pharmacy fulfillment follows on the same dispatch.
Pre-Arrival Stocking
For long-stay guests, families, and yacht charters, we pre-stock the suite or boat before arrival against a doctor-approved supply list.
How a pharmacy delivery is dispatched
The process is the same whether you start with a prescription or with symptoms.
- Reach the concierge. WhatsApp, call, or use the request form. Send a photo of your prescription, or describe the symptoms and we will route you to a same-day consult.
- We confirm. A coordinator verifies the prescription or arranges the doctor consult. Pharmacy items are prepared in parallel. We confirm the courier time and the delivery point (front desk, villa gate, or directly to the room).
- Delivery to your door. The courier delivers the medication with English-language dosing instructions. For prescription medication, identification of the patient is verified at the door.

Concierge pharmacy delivery is available at every hotel, villa, residence, and yacht slip across the Los Cabos service area: Cabo San Lucas (downtown, Médano, Pedregal, Marina, El Tezal), the Tourist Corridor (every major resort from Esperanza and Las Ventanas through Hilton, Westin, Marquis, Chileno Bay, Montage, Nobu, Waldorf Astoria and the residential corridor), San José del Cabo (Hotel Zone, downtown, La Playita, Puerto Los Cabos), and the gated communities at Palmilla, Querencia, Cabo del Sol, Diamante, and Quivira.
Standard delivery times: 30 to 90 minutes within Cabo San Lucas, Médano, Marina, and Pedregal; 60 to 120 minutes for corridor and San José; 90 to 150 minutes for Diamante, Quivira, and outlying villas.

Prescription medication is fulfilled only against a valid prescription — either one you already hold or one issued by our consulting physician after consultation. We do not sell prescription medication without a prescription, we do not stock or dispatch controlled substances on a request basis, and we do not work around Mexican federal pharmacy law.
Our pharmacy operates under COFEPRIS authorization #05-022-B (printed on our home page). Itemized English-language invoices are issued for travel-insurance reimbursement. Payment is at delivery by card or transfer.

Questions guests ask
- Can you deliver prescription medication to my hotel?
- Yes — when accompanied by a valid Mexican prescription, or one we coordinate via a same-day doctor consult. We do not sell or deliver prescription medication without a valid prescription.
- Can I send you my US or Canadian prescription?
- A foreign prescription is not legally fillable in Mexico, but we can coordinate a same-day doctor consult so a Mexican physician reviews your situation and issues a Mexican prescription where clinically appropriate. The pharmacy then fulfills it.
- How fast is delivery?
- Typically 30 to 90 minutes within Cabo San Lucas, Médano, Marina, and Pedregal; 60 to 120 minutes for the corridor and San José; 90 to 150 minutes for Pacific-side communities and outer villas. Times depend on the time of day and concurrent calls.
- Do you deliver controlled substances?
- No. We do not stock or dispatch controlled substances by request, and we do not deliver controlled medications on demand. This is consistent with our COFEPRIS license and Mexican federal pharmacy law.
- What about long-stay or pre-arrival stocking?
- Yes. For long-stay guests, families, snowbirds, and yacht charters, we pre-stock the residence or boat before arrival against a doctor-approved supply list. Tell the concierge what you need and when you arrive.
