Should I get this before I travel, or after I am exposed?

Both work. Before travel: take it 24-48 hours before a flight to load up. After exposure: take it within 24 hours of contact for the best chance to neutralize a developing infection.

Is high-dose Vitamin C really safe?

Yes. 5000 mg IV is well below the dose used in IV oncology protocols (often 25,000+ mg). The only screening we do is for G6PD deficiency — the RN asks at intake.

Can I get this if I am already sick?

Yes — many guests book Immunity Armor at first symptoms (sore throat, sniffles, fatigue). It is most effective in the first 24-48 hours of an illness.

How often can I get it?

During heavy travel or flu season, weekly is fine. For maintenance, every 2-4 weeks is typical.
