NAD+ IV Therapy Concierge in Los Cabos
NAD+ is the slowest, most demanding drip on our menu — and the one guests most often want delivered to a private suite rather than a clinic chair. Our concierge brings the full NAD+ protocol to your villa, resort room, or yacht across Los Cabos: physician-screened intake, registered nurse, monitored 45 to 90 minute infusion, in private.
Why guests want NAD in a private suite, not a clinic chair
NAD+ infusions are not a 30-minute hydration drip. Depending on the dose, the session runs 45 to 90 minutes, often longer for first-time sessions where the rate has to start slow. Many guests want privacy during that window — they are resting, working, watching something on a tablet, or paired with a partner doing the same. A clinic with three chairs in a row is not where most luxury guests want to spend an hour and a half.
Our concierge brings NAD+ to your hotel suite, villa, or yacht. The nurse arrives with the kit, sets up at the bed or terrace, and runs the infusion at a controlled rate while monitoring you the entire time. After the session, the nurse removes the line, cleans up, and leaves the suite as it was.
Pharmacy & Doctors operates under COFEPRIS pharmacy authorization #05-022-B. Every NAD+ protocol is reviewed by our medical director and screened individually for each guest before administration.
What the NAD+ concierge includes
Beyond the drip itself, the NAD+ session is structured for safety and comfort.
Physician Screening
Pre-administration screening covers cardiac, renal, current medications, and contraindications. First-time NAD+ guests review the protocol with a clinician.
Controlled-Rate Infusion
The infusion is started slow and adjusted by the registered nurse based on tolerance. Common transient sensations (chest tightness, warm flush, GI discomfort) are managed in real time.
Monitored Throughout
The nurse stays with you for the full session, monitoring vitals and tolerance. The session pauses if needed and resumes when comfortable.
Multi-Day NAD Programs
Multi-day NAD weeks (3 to 10 sessions across consecutive days) are supported. We coordinate the schedule around your stay and run the sessions in the same suite.
How an NAD+ session is booked and dispatched
NAD+ takes a little more pre-screening than a hydration drip — by design.
- Reach the concierge. WhatsApp, call, or use the request form. Tell us your address, dose preference (or ask the concierge to recommend), prior NAD+ experience, and any relevant medical history.
- Pre-administration screening. A coordinator (and where appropriate the medical director) reviews the screening intake and confirms the protocol. For first-time NAD+ patients, this step typically includes a brief clinician conversation by phone or WhatsApp.
- The nurse arrives and runs the session. Setup, slow-start infusion, monitored session of 45 to 90 minutes, then breakdown. The nurse leaves a written summary of the session.

Multi-day NAD weeks are typically run in the same suite or residence; we send the same nurse where possible.
Physician-reviewed protocols, COFEPRIS-regulated pharmacy
NAD+ is administered by a board-certified registered nurse against a physician-reviewed protocol. Standard contraindications (uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmia, severe renal disease, active pregnancy, certain psychiatric conditions) are screened at intake. The nurse can pause or stop the infusion at any point based on guest tolerance.
Our pharmacy operates under COFEPRIS #05-022-B (printed on our home page). Itemized English-language invoices are accepted by major travel insurers for reimbursement. Payment is at the time of service by card or transfer.

Questions guests ask
- How long does an NAD+ infusion take?
- Depending on the dose and your tolerance, a session typically runs 45 to 90 minutes. First-time NAD+ patients often run longer than experienced patients because the rate has to start slow. The nurse stays the full session.
- Does NAD+ feel different than a hydration drip?
- Yes. Many guests experience transient chest tightness, warm flush, GI sensations, or pressure in the head when the rate is too high. These are common, not dangerous, and are managed by slowing or pausing the rate. The nurse adjusts in real time.
- Can I do NAD+ if I have a heart condition or take prescription medications?
- Some conditions and medications are contraindications. Pre-administration screening reviews cardiac history, renal function, current medications, and any psychiatric history. We will recommend against NAD+ if the screening suggests it is not safe for you.
- Do you support multi-day NAD weeks?
- Yes. NAD weeks (3 to 10 consecutive daily sessions) are common and supported. We coordinate the schedule around your stay, run the sessions in the same suite, and send the same nurse where possible.
- What does NAD+ cost?
- Pricing depends on dose and number of sessions; we quote by phone or WhatsApp before booking. Multi-day NAD weeks are quoted as a package. Payment is at the time of service by card or transfer.
