Private In-Villa Nurse · 24/7 · COFEPRIS-Licensed
Private Nurse Care at Your Villa in Cabo San Lucas
Some visits need a registered nurse, not a doctor. A dressing change, an IV antibiotic course, a wound that needs monitoring, an injection that has to be given on schedule, a post-operative recovery that should not be left to a hotel room with no clinical eyes. Our concierge sends a board-certified registered nurse to your villa, hotel suite, or yacht — for a single visit or a multi-day care plan.
When a registered nurse is the right call
The most common reasons our concierge sends a registered nurse rather than a doctor: a wound that needs cleaning and dressing on a schedule, an IV antibiotic course prescribed by a physician (or by us) that has to be administered correctly, an injection that has to be given by a clinician (intramuscular antibiotics, common injectable medications, B12), a post-operative recovery from a procedure done in Cabo or back home, an older traveler who needs daily monitoring during the stay, or a guest recovering from an illness or surgery who would rather not sit in a clinic.
The nurse arrives with the kit appropriate to the case, completes the visit at the bedside, and documents the visit in English. For multi-day cases we send the same nurse where possible and coordinate the schedule around your other plans.
Pharmacy & Doctors operates under COFEPRIS pharmacy authorization #05-022-B and runs the nursing concierge 24/7.

How a nursing visit is dispatched
Single visits and care plans are coordinated the same way at the start.
- Describe the case. WhatsApp, call, or use the request form. Tell us the situation, the property and room, and whether this is a single visit or a multi-day plan. Send any relevant documents (discharge notes, doctor orders, prescription).
- We confirm. A coordinator confirms the visit type, the nurse name, the equipment kit, and the arrival window. For multi-day plans we schedule the full sequence at booking.
- Care is delivered at your villa. The nurse arrives, completes the visit (single or part of a schedule), documents in English, and coordinates any follow-up — pharmacy delivery, physician check-in, or next-day return.
Service area: Cabo, San José, the Corridor, and the residences
The in-villa nursing concierge runs across the full Los Cabos region: Cabo San Lucas hotels and villas (Médano, Pedregal, Marina, El Tezal), every major Tourist Corridor resort, San José del Cabo (Hotel Zone, downtown, La Playita, Puerto Los Cabos), and the residential and golf communities at Palmilla, Querencia, Cabo del Sol, Diamante, and Quivira. Onboard nursing at the Cabo San Lucas marina is also supported.
Multi-day care plans (post-op recovery, IV antibiotic courses, senior monitoring across a stay) are sent the same nurse where possible.
COFEPRIS-licensed care, physician-supervised when needed
Every nurse is board-certified and operates against protocols reviewed by our medical director. IV antibiotics and prescription injectables are administered only against valid physician orders — either from your doctor at home or from our concierge physician after consultation. We do not administer prescription medications without physician orders.
Our pharmacy operates under COFEPRIS authorization #05-022-B (printed on our home page). Itemized English-language invoices are issued for travel-medical insurance reimbursement. Payment is at the time of service by card or transfer.

Questions guests ask
- Can the nurse handle a post-op recovery in my villa?
- Yes. Post-op recovery is one of the most common reasons we send a nurse — for medical-tourism cases done in Cabo or for surgeries done back home that overlap with your trip. We coordinate with the surgeon and run the plan across the stay.
- Can I just book a single visit for one dressing change?
- Yes. Single-visit bookings are common (one dressing change, one B12 injection, one IV antibiotic dose). The concierge quotes the price for the single visit and schedules the time.
- Do you administer IV antibiotics at home?
- Yes — under valid physician orders. The orders can come from your home physician or from our concierge physician after a consultation. The nurse administers the dose at the prescribed schedule and monitors for tolerance.
- Can the same nurse come every day for a multi-day plan?
- Where possible, yes. Continuity is part of why guests choose us. For schedules where one nurse is not available the full week, we send the same small rotation and brief them at handoff.
- Is there an age limit for the patient?
- No. Our nurses regularly care for infants, children, adults, and older travelers. For pediatric or geriatric cases, we match a nurse experienced in that population.
